Claudia Johnston

Claudia is an integral member of the Ray White Ascot team, combining industry experience with local knowledge and a genuine passion for property. She began her career with Ray White in 2020 before joining Ray White Ascot in February 2023.

As the third generation of her family in real estate, Claudia was immersed in the industry from an early age. Her family owned and operated a successful agency for 30 years before selling the business to retire. After finishing school, Claudia worked at a local agency while completing a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resources, at the University of Queensland. She also holds a full real estate licence and has a keen eye for property, leading her to purchase her first home in Ascot.

Today, Claudia works closely with Selling Principals Alexander Shean and Damon Warat, helping to ensure the smooth operation of a dynamic team of nearly 40 professionals. Known for her proactive approach, exceptional communication skills and commitment to delivering outstanding service, she is an invaluable asset to the team.

A proud graduate of St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School in Ascot, Claudia has strong roots in the local community. Her combination of local expertise, industry knowledge and dedication contributes to the continued success of Ray White Ascot and its reputation as the most proactive agency in the area.
