Having grown up in Hendra and graduating from St Margaret's Anglican Girls School in Ascot, Claudia is exceptionally familiar with the area and in her spare time enjoys walking her pooch around the neighbourhood, supporting local cafes and meeting local residents. This involvement in the community allows Claudia to stay connected with the latest developments and trends, keeping her well-informed of the area and real estate market.
As the third generation in Real Estate, you could say Claudia was born into the industry with her family owning a successful agency for 30 years, only selling to retire. After completing school, Claudia worked for a local agency whilst studying a Bachelor of Business Management (HR) at UQ. She also holds a full Real Estate License. Her passion for real estate and keen eye for property enabled her to purchase her first property in Ascot, further deepening her understanding of the local market and investment process.
With her proactive approach, effective communication skills, and genuine passion for property, Claudia seamlessly fits into the Ray White Ascot team.
