With 11 years of experience in banking and a background in buyer’s agency, Aleeta brings a strong understanding of property, finance, and investment to her role as Business Development Manager at Ray White Ascot.

Aleeta chose Ray White Ascot because of its strong reputation, local market knowledge, and focus on delivering a high level of service to both property owners and tenants. She sees the BDM role as an important link between property owners and the broader Ray White team - helping investors make informed decisions and ensuring their properties are positioned for strong, long-term results.

With a genuine interest in the numbers behind property investment, Aleeta understands that good property management is about more than simply finding a tenant. It’s about protecting an owner’s asset, maximising rental returns, minimising vacancies, and supporting the long-term performance of their portfolio.
