With over 30 years of experience in the property industry, Rosemary Ahearn has consistently provided expert real estate advice and service, in the Brisbane residential marketplace.

Rosemary is no stranger to the Ray White organization.

After growing up in Clayfield, she undertook a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Queensland (double majoring in history and political science) then in 1984, at 19 years of age simultaneously worked full time as a salesperson for the Ray White Group.

Her love of the older suburbs and their homes supported by her academic background led her on a natural path to a career first in purchasing and restoring old houses, before branching into other property development projects throughout the inner city.

Further down the track Rosemary completed a Post Graduate Diploma at UQ in history, focusing on the built environment in Brisbane and the cultural significance of heritage homes and sites.

After buying, developing and selling 22 of her own properties over previous years, she has witnessed firsthand, the changes in Brisbane real estate trends as well as within the real estate industry itself.

The vital insight Rosemary gained from such a broad range of personal experiences as a vendor and purchaser strengthened her resolve as a property consultant, to eliminate the many frustrations often associated with real estate agents and provide professional and effective service for all her clients.

Rosemary’s primary focus is to ensure her clients experience both an economically profitable as well as an emotionally smooth and enjoyable transaction period, believing that while the hard work rests with her, the power and decision making rests firmly with them - a position only achieved by total transparency and full disclosure at all times by the agent.
