As Executive Assistant, Rochelle Ferraro plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of Oliver's business, allowing his team to focus on delivering top-tier service. 

Rochelle’s real estate journey began at 18 when she started a cadetship with Ray White, where she spent six years honing her skills as a Property Manager and BDM. Her expertise quickly became evident, leading her to be headhunted by another local agency to establish their first Brisbane office in Paddington. In this role, Rochelle was instrumental in organically growing their rent roll and later played a significant role in launching three more offices across Brisbane. Her dedication and leadership saw her rise to the position of Team Leader, where she became the brand's longest-serving employee, showcasing her loyalty and commitment.

Having called Hendra home for the past decade, Rochelle is consistently involved in the local community. She believes the area is ideal for young families, enjoying the local cafes, restaurants, parks, and sought-after schools. Her children attend a local kindergarten, further deepening her roots in the area she loves.
