Danielle Dunne

With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the dynamic real estate industry Danielle has joined Ray White Ascot as our Finance Manager. 

Her extensive background is built upon a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor of Accounting (majoring in Property), which provides her with a unique and powerful blend of financial acumen and industry-specific knowledge. Further solidifying her expertise, Danielle holds the REIQ Cert IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and a HND in Business Management.

Throughout her career, Danielle has cultivated a diverse skillset across asset management, from the intricacies of managing a portfolio of short-term holiday rentals across three different resorts to the specialized requirements of long-term rental management. This breadth of experience gives her a deep understanding of property performance and financial optimization at Ray White Ascot.

Driven by a passion for efficiency and strategic financial oversight, Danielle ensures our operations are both streamlined and profitable. Her personal mantra is simple and action-oriented: "If you're not happy... get moving!" - a philosophy she brings to her professional life, constantly seeking better ways to achieve exceptional results for our team and clients.
