While other students were focusing on finishing high school, Chad was eager to get a headstart on his career in property by commencing a school-based apprenticeship in carpentry at the age of 15. Providing foundational skills in construction, planning and product execution. This developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail that cemented the practical knowledge well utilised in multiple methods throughout his career in property. 

To gain a thorough understanding of multiple elements in property, experience was further gained in fire protection, servicing assets and regulating compliance. Enabling a realisation that the skills gained in construction and asset service could be better utilised within communities of property investors. 

A reputation was then built in property management, building management and the let up of new developments over the past 8 years within prestigious inner city areas. Chad became known for service delivery, asset management and investor returns in the property industry.
