Through enthusiasm and positivity, James ensures all his clients are never let down. Growing up in the Brisbane suburb of New Farm, James attended St Joseph’s College Gregory Terrace for eight years. While excelling in rugby throughout his school years, James continued to play for Brothers Rugby Club in Albion up until the end of the 2015 Season.  While growing up in and around these areas, James gained a high level of knowledge in regards to Brisbane’s inner city suburbs.

Following the Completion of Secondary School, James attended Griffith University doing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in real estate and property development and in 2017 became a graduate of 'The Dale Carnigie Training Programme'. 

James started in real estate at the beginning of 2015 in a leasing roll for the Ray White Ascot Property Management Department. In James’ first year with Ray White, he was a part of Queensland’s Number 1 Property Management Team.  In this roll, James developed the skills in which he excels today, including communication, customer satisfaction, honesty as well as the importance of going above and beyond for each and every client.

After 18 months as a Leasing consultant, James was given the opportunity to work as the Associate to the office principal, Dwight Ferguson.  James continues in this role and is ready to exhaust all avenues to ensure he services his client’s needs to the best of his ability.
